Dinner

Our four-course farm-to-table dinner is prepared with ingredients from La Tuilerie’s chemical-free garden and nearby farms.
We serve apéritif, wine, appetizer, main dish, cheese and dessert.
Coffee or tea are included.
We ask that you reserve dinner a day in advance at the latest and tell us if there are any foods you don’t like or to which you are allergic.
The price is 40€ per person for adults.

Appetizers:

  • Antipasti from the garden
  • Epoisse tarte with bacon and apples, garden greens
  • Foie gras served on warm lentils, garden greens

Main dishes:

  • Organic local lamb confit with rosemary and lavender honey
  • Sautéed veal with olives and mushrooms
  • Guinea fowl with porcini mushrooms

Desserts:

  • Apricot honey and almond tart
  • Genuine New York cheesecake
  • Home-made sorbets
